ROSEMONT, Pa. By a vote of the conference's head men's and women's cross country coaches, Cairn University head men's cross country coach Natalia Parker and Clarks Summit University head women's cross country coach Susanna Haines were named as 2019 Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Coach of the Year in their respective sports.
